How do I sell CBL products?

In order to sell CBL products you must first become a CBL customer by calling our toll free number 888 429 9225 or sending an email to customerservice@cbljm.co. In addition, please provide the following

TRN

National ID

Name & address of business

Contact Number and Contact Person

How long after submitting my information, will I become an official CBL customer?

The process takes a minimum of one week, after which a sales representative will contact you to verify your business.

What are your payment methods?

We offer the following payment options to customers of CBL

Cash, Cheque, Credit/Debit Card or Wire Transfer.

Can I return my bottles for cash?

Yes, you can return your bottles for cash or they can be discounted from your purchase.

What kind of bottles can be returned for cash?

The following bottles can be returned for cash:

Red Stripe -Watermelon, Lemon, Sorrel

I have a lot of empty bottles and shells/crates at my establishment how do I get them collected?

Our Delivery Trucks can pick them up from your establishment, or your sales Representative can program the pick-up along with your purchase, even if the amount of returns is larger than your purchase.

What should I do with damaged products?

You may contact your sales representative who will guide you through the process of returning those damaged items.

Do I get a refund for expired products?

We do not provide refunds for expired products. We encourage our customers to dispose of expired products in a safe and environmentally friendly way.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

You do not have to pay for delivery. All products bought from CBL are delivered free of cost.

How often do I receive delivery?

Your delivery frequency depends on the volume of your purchase. You may receive deliveries either once or twice per week.

I would like to get a cooler in my establishment how do I get this done?

In order to get a Cooler, you must first be a CBL customer. We will share the information with your Sales Representative who will support in validating your qualification for a cooler.
